Portal Login Change

We are making changes to the NativeChat portal login mechanism in order to make it more flexible for future integrations and to facilitate various compliance certifications

What does that mean for you?

  • The NativeChat and Kinvey accounts will no longer be connected. You will no longer be able to use your Kinvey credentials to access the NativeChat portal or your NativeChat credentials to access the Kinvey Console.
  • Upon your first login attempt after the migration is completed you will be prompted to reset your password.
  • The multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings won’t be migrated and after the change, your NativeChat account won’t have MFA enabled. You can re-enable MFA from the NativeChat portal after your first login.
  • The profile management (update profile page) will now be in the NativeChat portal.
  • Your Kinvey account and its associated credentials will remain unchanged and you can continue using them to access the Kinvey Console.

Please note that this migration will only affect users of the NativeChat portal and will not affect existing chatbots in any way.
